Pressure vessels and process skids

A process plant is only as reliable as the equipment welded into it. Vessels, columns and exchangers are where schedule and safety are won or lost.

This alliance adds heavy process fabrication to the group: pressure vessels, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, distillation columns, storage tanks and packaged process skids built to international design codes.

Design, fabrication and site commissioning are handled as a single scope. On EPC projects that removes the interface between the engineering office and the workshop — the usual source of rework and delay.

Fabrication is backed by documented welding procedures, qualified welders, NDT and hydrotesting, with full material traceability in the final dossier handed to the client.

For refineries, petrochemical plants and gas processing facilities, it means locally engineered equipment delivered on a controlled schedule instead of imported on a long, uncertain one.
