Sovereign AI infrastructure

Artificial intelligence has stopped being a software question. For energy and heavy industry it is infrastructure — compute, power, cooling and data governance — and where that infrastructure sits decides who controls the data it learns from.

Through this alliance the group is entering sovereign AI: computing capacity built, hosted and operated inside the country it serves, under national law, with no dependency on offshore platforms for sensitive operational data.

The scope starts with the physical layer — secure data halls, high-density racks, redundant power and cooling engineered for Gulf ambient conditions. On top of it sit industrial AI models trained on real operational data: production histories, maintenance records and sensor streams rather than generic public corpora.

The third layer is integration. Models only create value once they are wired into the systems operators already run: historian and SCADA data, maintenance planning, procurement and HSE reporting. The partnership delivers that connection layer, plus digital twins that let teams test a decision before it reaches the plant.
